About this house rental
Our beach house is literally steps to beach and boardwalk with no streets to cross! No need to move your car once you park on the provided on-site parking! This lovely 3 bedroom house with open floor plan, kitchen, dining area living room and all upgraded kitchen and bath, leather sofas, four flat screen TV's, new stainless steel appliances also has a paver patio complete with a Weber gas grill, patio set and umbrella. Included are 4 beach badges.
The famous Jenkinson's Boardwalk and the legendary Tiki Bar are a short stroll down the boardwalk. On the boardwalk you'll find delicious food, Jenk's Aquarium, games, rides, miniature golf and entertainment. If you walk in the opposite direction, you'll find Jenk's Inlet with food bar, and across the street is the inlet with daily fishing charter boats and restaurants selling their fresh catch of the day for lunch and dinner. All this is within short walking distances. So, pack up and come stay with us at the "Point"!

Overall everything was amazing. As said before bedrooms were small but didn’t matter. We weren’t in the bedrooms that much just to sleep. House was very clean, well stocked and Andrew was super friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Thank you Andrew for everything. We had a great vacation.

This property was perfect for our needs. Each room has a double bed which we had 1 person in each room. The listing says it sleeps 8 which I assume would be by using the Futon sofa in the common area, but I think it would be cramped to have 2 people in each room unless you're used to sleeping with 2 people in a double bed. The property includes an exclusive parking spot for a smaller SUV or car (we had a Honda CRV) and 2 street passes as well as 4 beach passes. There is an access path to get to the boardwalk and then an entrance to the beach off the boardwalk about 10 or 20 yards to the north. Our host met us to explain everything when we arrived, which was helpful since we are from Indiana and didn't know all the parking rules for Point Pleasant Beach. We had a great time and would stay here again provided our group isn't too large. Property does not have a dish washer, but we brought paper plates and bowls to limit the amount of dish washing we would need.

Very clean and updated. Bedrooms are small, but can't beat the location. Steps to the beach and boardwalk. Would stay there again.
