Basic room with shared bathroom, but with good location.

The apartman is next to a market, an attraction itself with many coffees and eateries around. The sea is also near and the city centre is not very far either. Beds were comfortable.

Strategic position between city center and beaches.

The position is perfect. Very close to the beaches and full of nice and good restaurants. A few steps from the metro to get to the city center. The apartment was very cleaned and very well equipped.

Not recommended - felt like student dormitory with a weird landlord

Clean bedding and comfortable beds. Location close to the beach. Easy access to the airport and train station. A few shops and restaurants in the area. Despite a few positives, I would never stay in this place again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Staying here was the only stressful aspect of our vacation. I regret not carefully reading the negative reviews, as I now agree with them. The listing on booking.com is misleading as it is not clear that you are renting a tiny room in a regular apartment shared by other people and the owner (it resembles a student dormitory!!!). We can't understand such a high note on booking.com.

- The bedroom is a really tiny room that lacks any furniture or hooks to hang a towel or cloths - The apartment has no air conditioning and is not ventilated (the owner persistently closes the windows, which is the only ventilation in the apartment), as a result it is unimaginably hot and there is a strange smell inside. - There is a very loud fan in the bedroom, which is not doing a job and makes sleeping very hard. When you open the window at night, you can expect to be awakened at 5 in the morning by the neighboring market hall. The shutter was also broken, and there were no blackout curtains.... Going outside in June in Malaga provided more relief from heat, than staying inside. - In the bathroom, there is a bucket of dirty water that is constantly used to clean up after guests with the same water. There is black mold on the shower curtain. The owner persistently closes the window, which is the only ventilation in the room. - The shared room is occupied by the owner, making it difficult to settle in. - The host, Salvador, does not speak English and is a strange person that causes unease. He lives in the apartment, and his presence and behavior made us feel uncomfortable and watched. He sent many daily messages, either reminding of the rules or asking about our situation. When we didn't respond immediately, he sent a message asking why there is no reply. The owner is sensitive about door slamming and noise, which made us walk on tiptoes and speak in whispers around the house. The doors have no seals and can be heard slamming when closed. Instead of solving the problem, the owner constantly lectures about closing the doors carefully. We did not want to return to that place and sneaked through the hallway so not to encounter him. We did not feel comfortable inside in the presence of the owner, who was always there to supervise us, so we only returned at night...

Lovely little flat and friendly host

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room and all the facilities in the flat are clean and organised. The host, Salvador, is super friendly! He introduced the whole area and gave nice details about the facilities. You will share this flat with another room and the host himself, but everyone kept quiet at night. The bus station is only 2 minutes away and has easy access to city centre. If you come from airport, bus A is very convenient. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.

Very clean place, excellent location close to the beach, great restaurants nearby, nice welcome by the owner.

Without air conditioning (the rooms are only equipped with strong fans) the place is very hot in summer. Sleeping is only possible with open windows, so the noise of the local market across the street (starting at around 4.30 a.m.) is quite a nuisance.

Very cozy place 3 minutes from the beach. The host, Salvador, was super helpful, friendly and approachable. He always asked us if we needed anything and if we're ok. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here next time we come to Malaga!

The room in the apartment near the beach in Malaga was a fantastic place to stay. It was impeccably clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kindness and politeness of the host made our experience even more enjoyable, making us feel welcome and safe.

The room was clean with a refreshing smell, the owner was super friendly and the apartment was located near the beach. Good if you are visiting for 1-3 days.

Although we can use the living room it was always busy, the guy that lived there was noisy, we used the washmaschine once and after that they removed the detergent for the washing machine even though they knew we were there for 10 days. So we had to buy our own and leave it there cuz we couldnt take it with us. The bed and the towels had a dirty stain. We didn't feel like home! If you are looking to visit malaga for longer than 3 days this apartment is sadly not the one.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was great. The only thing I could point out would be to put a locked door for the person to feel safe with their things inside the room. As far as I know, it was already installed. .

Desde el primer momento la comunicación con el anfitrión fue impecable, fluida y muy clara. Siempre estuvo atento, disponible y con una actitud muy cálida y simpática, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Mi mamá y yo nos sentimos muy cómodas durante toda la estancia. La habitación doble es perfecta para dos personas, cada una con su cama, muy cómoda. Contábamos con agua caliente, calefactor, y además unas vistas preciosas desde la terraza, que hacen el espacio aún más especial. Tiene todo cerca bazares, cafeterías buenísimas, restaurantes, estaciones de bus y metro a pocos pasos que te conectan rápido con cualquier parte de la ciudad. El anfitrión fue súper amable y encantador, de verdad nos hizo sentir como en casa. La experiencia fue tan buena que sin duda ya tengo un lugar fijo cada vez que vuelva a Málaga, porque volveré. Totalmente recomendado.

To było złe, niemiłe przeżycie i niemiły nocleg. Stanowczo odradzam i przestrzegam innych turystów.

Miejsce było w miarę czyste, zarówno łazienka, jak i kuchnia oraz pokój.

Dużym zaskoczeniem było, że czekaliśmy przed obiektem 15 min, kontaktując się z gospodarzem,dając mu znać, że jesteśmy pod budynkiem. Nie wyszedł wcześniej aby nam udostępnić pokój, chociaż był na miejscu. Takie małe gesty sprawiają, że goście czują się mile widziani. To zniechęciło nas już na samym początku do tego miejsca, jak i szczury, które widzieliśmy w okolicy, czekając przed budynkiem. Gospodarz obiektu - Salvador, nie wykazał się sympatią. W mojej opinii ma charakter bardzo natarczywy i arogancki. Jego obecność wprowadza atmosferę braku prywatności i ciągłej obserwacji, a wręcz inwigilacji. Pozwala sobie też na wysyłanie (również w nocy) wiadomości na telefon, na przykład dotyczące hałasu przy zamykaniu drzwi. Podkreślam, że cały czas zachowaliśmy się cicho i spokojnie z szacunkiem dla innych gości.Ponadto opis zarezerwowanego pokoju nie zgadzał się ze stanem rzeczywistym-zastanym po przyjeździe, a mianowicie: 1. Brak prywatnej kuchni; kuchnia jest współdzielona, o czym dowiedzieliśmy się na miejscu. 2. Brak stołu i części jadalnej. We wspólnej kuchni nie ma miejsca na zjedzenie śniadania, chyba że stojąc przy blatach kuchennych. 3. Brak części wypoczynkowej. Na wstępie dowiedzieliśmy się, że mamy wyłącznie dostęp do prywatnej - ciasnej sypialni oraz współdzielonej łazienki i współdzielonej kuchni. Nie wskazano miejsca wypoczynkowego, które było na zdjęciach zarezerwowanego pokoju. Jako opcja był również na osobnej kondygnacji taras, ale po szoku związanym z zaistniałymi warunkami lokalowymi nie skorzystaliśmy z tego. 4. Brak dźwiękoszczelności; cały czas słychać hałasy z zewnątrz. Przede wszystkim jednak właściciel notorycznie wszystkim zwraca uwagę na hałas przy zamykaniu drzwi i poucza w sposób impertynencki. 5. Brak zestawu do parzenia kawy i herbaty. W kuchni nie było nawet czajnika. 6. Brak balkonu 7. Brak telewizora Dodatkowo uważam, ze cena za nocleg w kontekście warunków jest znacznie zawyżona. Okolica niestety jest brudna i nieciekawa.

La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. La ubicación también fue buena. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que hacía bastante calor dentro, y hubiera sido ideal contar con un mejor sistema de ventilación o aire acondicionado.

La propreté du logement, les indications de l’hôte concernant les déplacements sur Malaga et le stationnement de véhicule, la possibilité d’utiliser le lave-linge, les équipements du logement notamment dans la cuisine

La chambre avec deux lits simples donne sur le marché très bruyant tôt le matin en cette période de forte chaleur il était impossible sans air conditionné de fermer la fenêtre. Le bruit était donc bien présent des 7h du matin. Les toilettes et la salle de bains ne sont pas séparés et le fait de la partager avec 6 personnes créait souvent des embouteillages. Ce n’était pas adapté au nombre de personnes présentes dans l’appartement. On a ressenti un sentiment de gêne du fait que lorsque qu’on se croisait personne ne se parlait chacun vit dans sa chambre et lorsque les espaces communs sont utilisés, les portes sont fermées ce qui amène à penser que si l’on rentre on dérange,ce qui est dommage car les parties communes pourraient amener à de la convivialité.

Ubicación: Menos de 10 minutos andando de la playa y con super, bares... Cerca. Estaba todo muy limpio. Amables y muy accesibles. Comunicación sin problemas cada vez que lo necesitaba.

Por decir algo, colocaría estores o persianas opacas en la habitación. Y aunque yo no pasé calor, en días muy calurosos puede que el ventilador se quede corto.

Ubytování je 5 minut od pláže a obchody jsou také v blízkosti. Check-in i checkout nám hostitel vyhověl a pomohl. Hostitel je stále po ruce.
