Location was great, pretty walkable distance to everywhere you need to go

There was an issue with the shower and we asked for help and didn’t get an answer back. My boyfriend needed to solve it, it was clogged with lots of hair it seems that it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and also another cleaning issues in the restroom

Great location close to 5th avenue without all the tumult. Amazing rooftop terrace and pool !

The building is pretty well maintained but the apartment itself is not : -most of the equipment are broken, stained or unusable -the kitchen and bathroom weren’t clean -the table and chairs on the balcony were full of mold and totally destroyed (and in this state probably since ages) -there are 2 buildings under construction next door so be prepared to be awakened everyday at 8am sharp by construction employees hammering, drilling and shouting. -certain nights the restaurant next door is also playing loud music late at night.
