This spacious condo has views of the Comal River from both balconies with plenty of outdoor seating. Pool/hot-tub, BBQ pits are all available for your use in the shared common areas.
2nd floor condo located directly at the beginning of the Comal River! Walking distance to downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. This fully furnished, updated condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The Master En suite is furnished with a King-sized bed, wall mounted TV and shower/tub combo in the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a shared hall bath with a shower/tub combo. The living room boasts a queen-sized pullout couch. WiFi/Cable complimentary.
Guests of the River Run Condominiums have private access to the entire 2/2 condo and access to the shared amenities for the condo HOA, including but not limited to the pool, hot tub, 400 ft of pristine Comal River waterfront access, BBQ pits, picnic tables, gazebo, elevators, covered parking, onsite laundry facilities and more!
This property is managed by Big Chief Vacation Properties. We will communicate check-in & out instructions to you 24-hours prior to your arrival. You are welcome to contact us during your stay as needed. During the summer months, we will not be able to accommodate early check-ins. Late check-outs are dependent on availability and a $25/hourly charge will be incurred.

We work closely with a 3rd party equipment rental company that provides tubes to guests staying at our Downtown New Braunfels properties for an additional cost. The tubes are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival, aired up and ready to go so all you have to do when you arrive is jump on in! Let us help get your vacation started even sooner!

We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.
