size sofa sleeper and a dining table that seats 4 with 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar or cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached full bath. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is cable TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room and free internet. Enjoy the onsite tennis court or take a dip in the swimming pool. There are communal charcoals grills near the pool and picnic areas too. Stroll through the oak trees on stone lined paths. T Bar M is just minutes from charming down town New Braunfels and Historic Gruene. Perfect for families and couples. We have another unit at this complex #208 that sleeps 7. If you have a group of 15 these two condos would be perfect! This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. There is no elevator.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was just as described when we got there. The kitchen had what we needed. There was a pan that was pretty rusty on the bottom. Our kids did say they saw a lot of bugs in the guest room and we did see one in the kitchen. The living room rug could use a washing, but other than those few things we were pleased. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of towels. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. This place is nice anf quiet.
