The layout was nice and easy to navigate. The pools are great and playground was nice.

I liked the area of where the property is. It’s really close to schlitterbahn and the comal river. The area is quiet and relaxing and the pool and hot tub are nice.

The WiFi is really slow and there is not much reception in that area. I also had called for clean towels and didn’t receive them. The next day i called again for clean towels and was told we needed to exchange the old ones for clean ones but we weren’t told that the day before. It also doesn’t say that in their flyer. It only says to call and ask for more towels. It’s not that big of a deal but i wish they had disclosed that in the beginning.

We rented the two bedroom/two bath cabin and it was wonderful! There was plenty of room for two adults and 4 kids to spread out and have plenty of space. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, although we did bring a few supplies of our own to supplement any cooking supplies we needed for specific meals. There were lots of outlets for all the tablets and phones for 6 of us, and the AC worked great! The pool areas are great, but specifically the outdoor pool and hot tub were our favorite. There are bathrooms by the pool which is nice with kids. With the outdoor pool being zero entry, all ages can enjoy with no worries. This property is close to stores, restaurants, and the floating the river. This would be a perfect place to have a larger family group rent multiple cabins. I would highly recommend this property, and the staff were wonderful!

We only had a few minor issues during our stay, but nothing that would prevent us from returning! The shower heads could definitely use an upgrade, and the bathtub did not have a stopper. This was fine for us since we can shower even our youngest, and I'm sure if we had called the office they would have gotten us a stopper. Our biggest issue was the wifi was weak, preventing us from being able to use internet much, but again, the point of this vacation for us was for the kids to get off devices and have fun outdoors.

The pool area was great.

The bed was so squeaky that we had to take the mattress off the box spring and put it on the floor just to have peace and quiet while we were sleeping. A dresser drawer was broken and the bathroom slider door was jammed.
