This ‘one of a kind' cottage has all the modern conveniences from granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances to TV’s with ROKU and Blue Ray players in multiple rooms while preserving the old-world amenities in the spacious claw foot tub. You can rest and unwind in one of the two outdoor seating areas overlooking a large fenced yard shaded by hundred-year-old pecan trees. Or, you can gaze at the stars while relaxing on your private balcony.

Once here, you can experience the delights of New Braunfels. A five-minute walk will take you world's #1 water park - Schlitterbahn. Or, you can stroll two blocks to Prince Solms park and ride the tube chute or float the river. Looking for a unique dining experience? Try Pat's Place, Union Station Café or the historic Naeglin’s Bakery, an easy jaunt from the cottage. Shop or visit the museums while you’re out. Famous Gruene is only 4 miles away. Natural bridge Caverns is 20 min south and San Marcos outlet mall is 20 min north.

Bedroom # 4- 2nd Floor Scroll room with Queen bed, loft inside bedroom, and Juliet balcony

Bedroom # 5 (loft)- 3rd floor- 2 Twin beds in the loft. Inside the bedroom of the Scroll bed

Bathroom # 1 - First floor blue hallway bathroom with original clawfoot tub and hand-held sprayer, no shower

Bathroom # 2- 1st floor bathroom Inside downstairs back bedroom. It has a shower/tub combo

Bathroom # 3- 2nd floor hall bathroom with stand-up shower and bench

***We welcome pets (up to 4 total), however there is a $150 fee per pet to bring your furry friends with you. This fee is paid directly to the cleaner****

Please note… we have one camera on the outside of the property in the front of the house.

A code for the smart lock will be given for a contactless entry. Customer is able to access all of the property except a supply closet

We are located 2 blocks from Prince Solms park and Schlitterbahn. We are close distance to several restaurants as well as a short drive to Gruene

You can get around by car, bike, walking or you can also bring a golf cart
