Close to everything! Walk right down to the Comal River for a float and/or across the street to Schlitterbahn. My husband and I even walked to and from downtown New Braunfels for coffee and shopping.
Plenty of space for me, my husband, and our 18 year old. Washer/Dryer came in handy for taking care of beach towels.
Upstairs neighbors had kids that were running around in the morning. Also lots of banging of drawers; someone opening and closing them multiple times. I realize it’s a condo so noise is expected but the floors must not be very insulated.

The location was excellent and conveniently accessible.
We noticed the cleanliness could be better, as we had a few unexpected visitors.
