Stay in the coveted residential area near Lake Erie, Waldameer, the Shoppes at Colony Plaza, Asbury Woods and more!!! This 3 bedroom home has a spacious kitchen, a smart tv and a lovely front porch with a swing where you can watch the fireflies at dusk.
This property is for personal use only - ABSOLUTLY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES!
We will consider shorter stays and can provided additional services for longer stays (students and professionals encouraged!!!)
The fully finished basement features a kitchenette and bar, a desk for digital nomads and a full size shuffle board family. Toys and books will be provided for our youngest guests along with a pack n play, high chair or booster seat if needed. Finally a full size washer and dryer will make it a breeze to clean up after a fun day at Presque Isle! No pets and no smoking on the property. Snow removal is not provided.
