This delightful little house was perfect for our stay! We attended a show at the beautiful Warner Theatre (which I highly recommend) and the location was convenient to the venue and anything else you want to do in Erie. The house was the cleanest and freshest of any vrbo we have booked ( and we book a lot of them ). Very comfortable with everything you need. Great updated bathroom and shower and even a washer and dryer. At our age it's nice to have a first floor bedroom option too. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and access was easy with the horseshoe driveway. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The host was great! The place was good. Safe area and felt cozy for winter. Beings from Florida, it was comfortable and welcoming. Clean and perfect location.
