After more than four years listing on a competing platform with over 200 average 4.98 review rating, we are bringing this house to VRBO! This property is wonderfully located, completely remodeled (2,800 sq ft) 1-story home. The house is on a main road only one mile from Presque Isle and Waldameer. The home features a large kitchen for entertaining and a new Puraflame fireplace. The kitchen and family room includes a smart TV with an internet connection and local channels. Plenty of off street parking for large vehicles, even boats! The backyard has a small grassy area, cement patio, fire table, chairs and an outdoor grill. The basement boasts a recreational area with couches and also a ping pong table for your entertainment.

Great place overall - excellent location for our graduation from LECOM. The house comes well stocked w many amenities. It is very clean and quiet even though it’s located in business area.

I can guarantee that many others like me have viewed a property online and the pictures of the rental are what influenced us into choosing the home. However, the pictures were very deceiving and upon arrival the property was much smaller, not as clean, and did not have the standard amenities for a family stay. This home had everything and the pictures did not do it justice. Also, the manager/owner was fantastic in responding to all my questions. Do not hesitate!
