Palazzo Marletta Duomo Apartment

Absolutely incredible location with stunning views of Piazza del duomo from two of the three balconies. The apartment is spacious, light and beautifully furnished with everything you could need including washing machine, clothes airer, two bathrooms and toiletries. Special thanks to the incredible staff Serena and Davide who made my stay extra special through their care and attention. I can’t wait to stay again at this wonderful property in this beautiful city. Nothing - it was all perfect

We really enjoyed our stay in Catania. This was an amazing apartment with two bathrooms and multiple living areas. The location was perfect with views of the.Duomo and close to all the restaurants, shops and transport. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Proximity and size were excellent-as are the amenities Attentive staff always on hand.

The windows need an extra shutter to dampen the noise especially as there is a motorbike parking bay right under both windows.

Location is fabulous. You are seconds from the Duomo and main square. The unit is exceptionally clean. Staff of the hotel that manage unit are above and beyond. Unit itself is a little dated and seems like the owner had some miscellaneous furniture left over that he threw together and put in unit. Very mismatched and awkward layout with 3 couches. One in bedroom, living room and kitchen/dining area.

Would have been great to have some screens on the windows to keep the windows open and bugs out. You are right above a main road so is very noisy til late at night and then early morning (4-5 am) they start the collection of garbage and bottles so is also very loud. Toilet seat in main bathroom was broken when I arrived. Staff of hotel spent over an hour one day trying to replace and had wrong seat and then 2nd attempt on 2nd day ended up being the wrong seat so used the second bathroom during my stay.
