大致上都很不錯，唯獨浴室小了一點點～

Location, a quick 2 min walk from Hongik Univ station, exit 7. Lots of food and shopping options that are walking distance. The free breakfast that is included in the the pricing is actually a container of cornflakes and a carton of milk and 1 apple for 3 guests. It was nice though to have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment.

Bathrooms are too small, no space for toiletry bags and the sinks are tiny (like airplane toilet sinks) Saw a couple of fruit flies in the rooms and bathrooms. A quick google search shows they like mould and humidity, which tracks, as there is no ventilations. Host offers free chicken to guests who promise to leave a 10/10 review. The day before we checked out, also received a message via Booking.com asking to contact the host directly with any concerns or issues rather than posting a review. This makes me question the sincerity of the 10/10 ratings I read before I booked. The apartment is smaller than shown on the website, also a bit unclear with all the doodling on all the images. Host is unresponsive, my father in law passed away 2 weeks before our Seoul trip and I had begged her to allow a refund, as we've had a death in the family and had to cancel our trip. She said "sorry, no refunds" and then ignored me for every message I sent her thereafter, blue ticks only. We ended up going on the trip, as I don't have money to just throw away and forfeit the payment made, when we arrived, I asked for food recommendations, also just unread and unresponsive. The access code is a bit confusing. There are 3 different codes for 3 different areas, this should have been explained better. I met other guests when we arrived, and they were also very frustrated and confused. There is a code for the main entrance. A second code for the floor of your apartment, and then a third code for entry into your apartment. This code is also very generic and i assume the same for all guests depending on your room number, which is a security concern. Although its safe in Seoul, I wasnt comfortable leaving valuables and passports in the apartment when we were out.
