Villa Fede & Niki

Gaspare is an amazing host. He made sure to meet us upon arrival to give us a tour of the apartment of the villa which is a short walk (approx 5-8mins) to the Main Street filled with shops, restaurants and 10-15mins walk to the lovely beach of San Vito Lo Capo. The villa is very spacious and equipped with a kitchen, outdoor showers, outdoor bbq area, terraces tucked away from the busy area of this lovely place.

The furniture is a bit old but will suffice for a short holiday. There are only 2 air-conditions, 1 of 12000 Btu's for the sitting/eating area and another 1 of 12000 Btu's in the corridor of the bedrooms which has to feed 3 double bedrooms by keeping all doors open, thus privacy will be non-existent. Due to the extreme heat during our holiday, we immediately informed the lovely host Gaspare, who bought us 2 stand fans immediately to use in the bedrooms.

Sehr netter Empfang, schöne und vorallem große Wohnung. Lage war top, man war innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Stadt und 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Zum offenen Strand (für eigene Liegen) ein paar Minuten länger. Betten fanden wir auch bequem und die überdachte Terrasse angenehm. Dass es eine Kellerwohnung war, fanden wir gar nicht schlimm. Es kam genug Licht rein und vorallem blieb es kühl

Beide Fenster aus den Badezimmern bräuchten ein Rollo oder etwas anderes als Sichtschutz. Das war etwas unpraktisch. Die Zimmer musste man immer geöffnet lassen, damit die Klimaanlage alles aus dem Flur aus kühlt. Das war Nachts etwas blöd. Und die Espressomaschine ist leider innen verschimmelt (wurde nach dem putzen wohl nicht gelüftet) und wir haben uns eine eigene kleine gekauft. Ebenso der Grill Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, ansonsten fanden wir es super :-)

A fotók megtévesztőek, tulajdonképpen egy szuterén, ablakok nélkül. A leírásban szereplő 2 db zuhanyzós fürdőszoba helyett 1 zuhanyzós fürdő plusz egy WC. Illetve a kertben van egy zuhanyzó, ami hideg vizes. A teraszként hirdetett tulajdonképp egy garázs, ami nem a kertre néz hanem egy kőfalra. Ráadásként a tengerpart kb. 1 km-re van 😔
