La situation au calme à 10' du centre. La jolie terrasse en rez de chaussée. La souplesse des horaires d arrivée et de sortie. La taille du logement Le contact facile avec Giovanni Le parking gratuit privé appreciable
Il n'y a qu'une petite cafetière à l italienne, peut être prévoir une plus grande. Forte odeur de renfermé dans les placards . Il faut prévoir des courses car pas de thé café sucre. Juste un fond d huile et du sel et un rouleau de PQ . Pas de clim dans le séjour cuisine et un ventilo inefficace . On entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus.

La casa è spaziosa e pulita. In un zona silenziosa, ma vicina alla strada principale e al mare. La terrazza è davvero grande. C'è un tavolo con l'ombrellone per godere dello spazio all'aperto.

Top Lage, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, netter Vermieter, schön ruhig, man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl, zu Fuß an den Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten. Unser bisher schönster Urlaub.
