The apartment was spacious, with a balcony big enough for eating outside, which is great during summertime. There are also bikes in the backyard that are free to use for guests, which was especially cool and made moving around the town much more fun.

The kitchen could be better equipped with some essentials such as a cooking knife, salt and oil.

Great location. Farther from the centre, but a stroll away from the beach. The house itself is well designed. We enjoyed the single beds in the living area, as that was our playground during the midday heat. Nice terrace. Has enough intimacy. A nice surprise was that the door from our bedroom led directly to the inyard playground. Our toddler was particularly happy about it. Another nice touch was a couple of toys in the living area that our toddler could play with, so there is no need to bring your own toys.

The kitchen was lacking. The utensils were pretty much unusable or unavailable. If this is a feature why this accommodation is being chosen (which was our case), I think there needs to be more thought into how the kitchen can be used: A spatula is a must, some smaller saucepans, a pan that is not completely scratched, etc. (I home my review is being red by the manager, and they take note, cause otherwise the place is great). Another note is that the beds are superhard. That is, as I gather a sicilian feature which we encountered on our second stay as well. And some extra shelves, hooks would be welcomed, especially in the bathroom.

Location is great, enough parking place on the street, close to the centre and the sea. Looks better on photos than reality, but still modern and spacious. Staff is friendly, but not really helpful.

Beds were very noisy.. Sqeeking with every move. No bed linen, just one bare blanket. When we asked for another blanket, it was a big problem. Also no hot water first day, but this was fixed quickly. AC is there, but not for heating (april nights were still cold).

Our experience wasn’t great because the property misled us by posting generic photos of the apartments. The one-bedroom apartment option on Booking.com was presented with photos of a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment we ended up in was much smaller and had a different layout than we expected. Since we were traveling with an 11-month-old baby, this made a significant difference to us. The owners acknowledged our complaint but did nothing to resolve the issue. They were fully booked, so they could not offer us an alternative apartment, and they did not provide any form of compensation or consolation. We also went through the Booking.com claims process, but it did not lead to a satisfactory resolution. I believe the photos have now been updated on the app, but based on our experience, I would not recommend staying there.
