Ich fand die Lage und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

La casa era molto carina con un bel terrazzo. I proprietari sono poi persone molto carine disponibili e gentili.

E andato tutto bene. Probabilmente nonostante sia a 15 min dal mare a piedi farla piu volte al giorno e stancante dopo una giornata al mare..ma è un dettaglio superabile sopratutto se si decidono di affittare delle bici.

Great property and service!!

On the positive side, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had air conditioning, a washing machine, and a good coffee machine. The bed linen was white, fresh, and of good quality. There was enough kitchenware for cooking, and the hosts provided umbrellas and beach chairs that could be taken to the beach, which was very convenient. A bottle of wine was also left as a welcome gift. The apartment has a small balcony, which was nice to use in the evenings.

The biggest issue was a large dog (around 30kg) roaming freely near the property without its owner. After it ran after my son barking, I asked the hosts to speak with the neighbours, but they said they did not have their contact details. The neighbours are local residents, not tourists, which made the situation even more concerning. It made us feel unsafe leaving the apartment. The internet did not work for the first 3-4 days and was unreliable afterwards, with frequent short disconnections. I understand there was a wider outage for a few days, but accommodation without internet is not worth this price. The property location was misleading. When I booked, the pin was much closer to the beach (around a 9-minute walk). About a month before arrival, Booking updated the address. I asked the hosts if anything had changed and was told it had not, but the actual property is about a 16-minute walk from the beach, almost at the end of the street. This significantly affects the value, as similar accommodation in that area was cheaper when I booked. The shower is extremely small. I am 157 cm tall and weigh 50 kg, and it was manageable for me, but larger guests may find it uncomfortable. Communication with the hosts was only in Italian. I had to translate all my messages myself, which was inconvenient. I would also expect the hosts to translate their messages into English for guests, rather than requiring guests to translate everything on their own.
