About THE HOUSE:
Our house, which has its own entrance, is part of a complex right on the beach. As a semi-detached home, it is surrounded by a large, wind-protected terrace with a front yard. The rear sun terrace provides direct access to a large communal pool.
The first floor features an open-concept kitchen, a spacious living room with access to the garden, as well as a half-bath and an utility room with a washing machine. The second floor has two bedrooms with two balconies (one open and one covered). Both bedrooms have a double bed, a single bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Our house provides bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an induction cooktop, an oven, a blender, a toaster, a hand mixer, a sandwich maker, an osmosis filter with a tap for drinking water, a charcoal grill, and a gas grill with a gas cylinder. Fiber Wi-Fi throughout the house, a Smart TV, and Bluetooth speakers. Surfboard racks for up to 9 surfboards inside the house. For children: a bike trailer for two children, a crib, and a high chair.
About EL MEDANO:
The sun shines here 364 days a year! El Medano is one of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing spots in the world! It’s a lively little Canarian town with many bars, restaurants, small boutiques, and plenty of shops dedicated to surfing and water sports.
In the summer, it can get a bit windy on this side of the island (but our terrace and pool are sheltered from the wind). The island is also a mecca for surfing, golf, mountain biking, hiking (Mount Teide), and road cycling. For kids, there are some cool parks, such as Loro Park (featuring orcas, dolphins, and sea lions, among other animals) or Siam Park (a massive water park).

The home was lovely, clean and spacious. We loved the terrace and outdoor area. It is in really great location. You are right by the beautiful coastline and beaches, then a 20 to 30 minute walk away to El Medano. There is also a small shop about 10 minutes away, which is great for essentials. The host gave as lots of really useful information on the property before. There were a few questions that came up during the stay, which Victoria always responded to very helpfully and quickly. Overall we had a lovely stay here!

We stayed with my family for about a month and everything was great! The house is as it looks in the photos, very clean, and very nice, with lots of space. We loved to hang around in the patio and to cook in the full-equipped kitchen. The place is in a quite area close to a small cosy beach and at walking distance from el Medano, ideal for families. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. We wish we could have stayed longer!
