Nice stay for a weekend getaway.

The apartment is clean, bright and modern. The kitchen has all necessary appliances. Reasonably close to the city centre. Nice for a weekend getaway. Free parking on the road.

The staircase in the whole house is quite uninviting. The toilet is separated from the shower/bathroom, which ma for some be a little inconvenient.

Modern and comfortable apartment with some downsides

Our host was very friendly and accomodated our wish to leave the luggage at the apartment earlier than our check-in time. The apartment seems to have been recently renovated, so all the facilities were in perfect condition. The comfortable bed, modern kitchen and spacious bathroom made us feel right at home during our stay. The layout of the apartment is very charming, with a small elevated area overlooking the living room that is perfect for relaxing with a book. The apartment was also sparkling clean when we arrived, with a complementary water bottle and some chocolates in the fridge. The only thing missing was an electric water kettle to brew a quick cup of tea.

The apartment is located a bit outside of the city center on a steep hill, so you will have to take into account a 20-minute walk or a bus ride each way. We didn't find many stores in the area, but there's a Lidl roughly 10 minutes away by foot. If you have heavy shopping bags or large luggage with you, keep in mind that the building's staircase is very narrow. Apparently, you have to be extremely quiet so as to not disturb the tenants of the building. Our downstairs neighbour complained to us twice about the noise, even though we didn't do anything out of the ordinary. He wasn't rude, but it did make us a bit tense. You also have to remember to lock both the building's and the apartment's doors at all times, since otherwise they can be opened from the outside. An additional security mechanism for the apartment door would go a long way in making guests feel more at ease.

Appart sympa et bien placé mais un peu déçue par rapport à la propreté et aux voisins.

Joli appartement avec beaucoup de potentiel. Agréable pour des petites vacances et fidèle aux photos. La notice pour accéder au logement est très claire et bien rédigée.

Les voisins venaient toquer à notre porte tous les soirs lorsque nous rentrions car les murs sont trop fins et que ma démarche était trop bruyante malgré les précautions prises en amont. Niveau propreté ce n'était pas top, il y avait un joint datant probablement des locations précédentes qui était resté dissimulé derrière les rideaux du séjour, et la douche était remplie de cheveux. Les canalisations étaient pratiquement bouchées à la fin du séjour. La table du salon était également très endommagée. Son état a été dissimulé par un panier en osier mais bon...C'est dommage car le logement est vraiment sympa dans l'ensemble et la propriétaire super réactive.

Le fait que l'appartement soit mis à neuf. Dans un beau cadre décoratif.

L’appartement est situé au 3e étage, accessible uniquement par un escalier étroit, ancien et grinçant. L’état de cet escalier, combiné à un éclairage peu fiable, rend l’accès difficile, voire risqué, notamment lorsqu’on monte avec des valises ou des courses. L’installation d’un détecteur de mouvement avec minuteur pour l’éclairage serait fortement recommandée afin d’améliorer la sécurité et le confort des résidents.
