Great stay, perfect location!

We went as a family of 8 and rented the two apartments. Great Location, close to local shops bakery, grocery etc. Short walk to the town centre. Very clean, spacious and very well equipped. Nice and cozy. Beds were comfortable, shower was powerful nice and hot. Nice lounge and dining area. Parking outside the property at a rate of €6 per day. Host were helpful to answer any questions . Absolutely couldn’t fault this place at all, will definitely stay there again.

There’s absolutely nothing to not like about this property. It was fantastic.

wonderful stay in a beautiful city

Perfect place for a stay in the city. Really close to the railway station which makes it very convenient to get there from the central railway station. Most tourist attractions are within a walking distance. The accommodation has everything to make your stay comfortable. The hosts are available any time you need their assistance.

Perfect place to stay in Liège

Great amount of space and very comfortable. After a few weeks of travelling and staying in dorm rooms or cramped private rooms, it was lovely to stay somewhere so spacious with a good kitchen and streaming options for a quiet evening in! Close to the centre and to the train station

Stress

De beide appartementen waren ingenomen door een groepje jongeren die duidelijk aant chillen waren. Waardoor we genoodzaakt waren nog een andere verblijf te zoeken. De eigenaars waren niet bereikbaar!! Het ergste vind ik dat we tot op heden geen enkele excuses hebben ontvangen. We hebben spijt dat we de politie er niet bij gehaald hebben. Want was daar een leuk feestje!

Schöne Wohnung und sehenswerte Stadt, gute Kommunikation, parken kostet in den meisten Fällen

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war auf jeden Fall gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber stimmte und die Antworten kamen recht schnell. Dusche im Schlafraum, ist für ein Pärchen bestimmt nett, sonst wäre eine Dusche unten neben der Toilette bestimmt vorteilhaft.

Draußen auf der Terrasse hing die letzte Sichtschutzwand an einer Ecke leicht nach unten. Bei einem starken Windstoß könnte die vielleicht umknicken und in Richtung Tisch fallen. Es hätte vielleicht eine Handseife auf der Toilette sein können, haben wir unserer Duschgel halt genommen. Im Eingangsbereich ist eine Zwischentür, die immer abgeschlossen werden muss. Das ist natürlich etwas unpraktisch, wenn eine Person z.B. einkaufen geht und die anderen Personen in der Wohnung bleiben, muss eine Person halt immer runter die Zwischentür abschließen. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre vielleicht praktisch. Die Anschläge vom Kühlschrank an die andere Seite setzen, damit die Tür zur richtigen Seite auf geht.

Die Wohnung ist für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Liège absolut geeignet.

Sehr großzügige, saubere Wohnung in zentrumsnaher Lage. Gutes Radwegenetz in der Stadt, aber alles lässt sich auch fußläufig erreichen. Gute Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Müllentsorgung (nach Trennung) innerhalb des Hauses. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Betten mit ausreichendem Bettzeug. Handtücher im Bad. Toller Gasherd und Backofen.

Aus der Annonce geht nicht hervor, welche Fotos zu welcher der beiden Wohnungen im Haus gehören. Der winzige Außenbereich der Wohnung im 1. Stock ist kaum der Rede wert. Wenig Küchenutensilien. Kein Tiefkühlfach. Bei den Fliesenböden wäre ein Besen oder Staubsauger angenehm.

Fantastisch verblijf om Luik te verkennen! Je voelt je direct thuis en alles is er en schoon!

Het is een geweldige locatie! Middenin het centrum, maar je hebt geen geluidsoverlast. Het appartement is prachtig ingericht en geeft een gastvrij gevoel doordat er niet bezuinigd is op spullen om van je verblijf te genieten als handdoeken, een extra plaid, heerlijke stoel, een waterkoker, leuk boekje over Luik. Daarnaast is het super schoon en ruim. Kortom, echt genieten in Luik in dit prachtige appartement!

War alles hervorragend. Die "negativen Punkte" sind nicht überzubewerten!

Ein Küchenhandtuch wäre schön gewesen. Die Esstischbeleuchtung würde mit einer Pendelleuchte deutlich mehr Atmosphäre bringen. Bei einem so großen Bad, hätte man sich eine etwas großzügigere Dusche gewünscht. Wenn das obere Appartement parallel genutzt wird, etwas hellhörig und die Zugangs-Stahltreppe recht laut.

WONDERFUL - LOVE IT !

Un séjour mémorable chez Sabine et Didier ! Voici un petit aperçu de notre expérience : le logement est impeccable, moderne, élégamment décoré et avec beaucoup de goût. Le côté très pratique nous a séduits. Idéalement situé, il n'est qu'à quelques pas du cœur de la ville et nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer dans la rue. Grâce au code d'entrée et à la boîte à clés, l'arrivée et le départ se font en toute simplicité. La vue est très agréable, que ce soit sur la rue ou sur la cour intérieure. Séjourner dans cet Airbnb, c'est profiter d'une magnifique terrasse offrant une vue sur de charmants immeubles en brique. Le vaste local vélos était une réelle plus-value pour nous. La chambre est des plus confortables, avec sa salle de bain intégrée qui est une véritable suite parentale. Une cuisine flambant neuve est à disposition, parfaitement équipée. L'ensemble du logement est conçu pour votre confort, vous n'avez qu'à vous installer et vous y sentir "comme chez vous". Nous retournerons y séjourner avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Liège. Petit plus : la communication a été excellente, avec des échanges vraiment conviviaux.
