The generous open-plan kitchen and living area open directly onto a huge 20 sq meter balcony, creating seamless indoor / outdoor flow. The main bedroom also opens directly onto the balcony. Situated on the corner of the development, it gets light on two sides throughout the day.
The two large, light-filled bedrooms maintain the high stud throughout. Each has a large built-in wardrobe and access to their own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for a chef, and includes a range of porcelain pots and pans, glassware and handmade ceramics. There is also a De’Longhi espresso maker and full-sized dishwasher. The apartment is filled with plants, including a NZ fern, fiddle leaf fig tree, china doll tree, camellia plants and a huge Monstera! There is a new LG washing machine and an LG dryer, plus a sink in the separate laundry room.
