אנשים מקסימים וטובים. נענים לכל בקשה במהרה. המקום נקי ומריח טוב. המוצרים איכותיים והמיטה מפנקת ממש! מיקום מעולה ויפה.
לצערי הייתה סתימה רצינית במקלחת ככה שמקלחת רגילה נעשתה ארוכה יתר על המידה כי צריך לחכות עד שהמים ירדו .(יש לציין שבעלת הדירה אמרה שתטפל בהקדם לאחר שהודעתי לה) אין מספיק שקעים במטבח ככה שהיינו צריכים להזיז כל פעם את המיקרוגל ולחמם במקום אחר.
