היה מאוד נוח והיה לנו הכל בדירה חניה מסודרת צמודה מטבח מצוייד המיטות היו נוחות מרפסת נחמדה לשתות יין בערב וקפה בבוקר הנוף מטורף מהמרפסת הדירה הייתה נקיה ומסודרת
לא הצלחנו להפעיל את המכונות כביסה אבל בגלל שהיינו זמן קצר בדירה וזה היה ממש מינורי עבורנו לא התעכבנו על זה ולא יצרנו קשר עם בעל הדירה

הדירה מקסימה, נוחה ונקייה, קתרינה אשת הקשר זמינה, המחיר מעולה, מיקום נוח וחניה מסודרת לרכב, נטפליקס ווויפיי זמינים, שני חדרים עם מיטות זוגיות, מאוד נוח כשמגיעים בהרכב שהוא יותר מזוג. מטבחון מזווד לגמרי לא רע, כולל תמי 4 ומכונת קפה. סהכ החדר שיחוק.
אני מקווה כי באמת לא מדובר בבעיה קבועה כי עובדים בבניין, אבל הדירה ובעיקר החלל של הסלון והמטבח, נמלאו בלילה בריח של ביוב ברמה שאי אפשר לשבת שם. היינו חייבים לפתוח הכל ולאוורר ועדין הריח הבריח אותנו החוצה. עוד חולשות: המזגן המיני מרכזי על הצד החלש, ואין מספיק שקעים בחדר לצד המיטה.

מזגן מקרטע אין תריס במרפסת ודלת היציאה למרפסת לא ננעלת. אין תאורה במרפסת אבזור מינימלי במטבח- 4 כוסות בלבד, 3-4 כפיות של סוכר וקפה שחור אין מקלחון וכשמתקלחים כל המים מתפזרים ברחבי החדר תמי4 קיים אבל עובד לאט מאוד צ׳ק אאוט בשעה 10 בבוקר
