דירה נעימה מאוד ומעוצבת יפה. 3 חדרי שינה עם מיטה זוגית בכל חדר וטלוויזיה ובנוסף סלון עם ספה, פינת אוכל. המטבח מאובזר. אחד החדרים ממ"ד. 2 חדרי שירותים (מקלחת אחת) קומה ראשונה ללא מעלית וחייבים רכב - יש חניה פרטית. קבלת הפנים הייתה נוחה, נעימה ואפילו חיכו לנו בדירה מאפים טעימים ועוד כמה דברים מפנקים. יש וילונות ככה שאפשר להחשיך לגמרי את הדירה.

דירה משופצת מרווחת ונקיה במחיר סביר. מאובזרת היטב לשהיה משפחתית או קבוצת אנשים.

המארחת מקסימה אבל הדירה קצת מאכזבת. הספה שוקעת והניקיון לא משהו הבנין ישן נראה כמו שיכון עם מדרגות ישנות והמיקום ממש רחוק מהמרכז לא אהבנו
