Good communal living space with big kitchen area which was reasonably well stocked with utensils, tea, coffee etc. Good location - not in the main part of town, residential area with a few restaurants and shops nearby. Good WiFi.
There are other rental units as part of the same property and because of this there is no privacy as all windows are overlooked and the garden areas are shared. Although there is parking available, there is only one space which is shared between 3 units. There is plenty of on street ( paid) parking. Some of the fittings are in need of updating.
