Great location and comfortable stay

Excellent breakfast, very good location near public transport and supermarkets, hosts were very responsive and helpful when I requested something, and any small inconveniences were solved fast. The lobby provided a great place to socialize with my group or with other guests.

For a long-term stay, more toiletries and garbage bags could have been provided by default. The room was not as clean as expected and a bit noisy at night with the bus passing on the street.

A freezing room turned an otherwise good hotel into a disappointing stay

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and genuinely enjoyed it: cozy atmosphere, great location near the city centre, well-equipped kitchen, smooth check-in—the whole package. Unfortunately, this time my stay turned into something closer to a survival challenge than a city break. When I entered the room, it was about 14°C inside. After turning both thermostats (room and bathroom) to their maximum settings, the temperature heroically crawled up to maybe 18°C… by the next night. On the first night, I slept fully dressed, wrapped in two duvets like a human burrito. I contacted support to ask if they had any electric heaters. They didn’t, but they cheerfully advised me to “turn the thermostat up all the way” and wished me to “stay warm.” A lovely sentiment—shame it didn’t come with actual warmth. I’m not sure they fully grasp how cold some of their rooms get. To make things even more confusing, I met another guest in the elevator and asked about his room—he said the temperature was perfect. So apparently, staying here is a bit of a lottery: sometimes you get “cozy,” sometimes you get “Arctic Expedition.” Next time I’m in Stuttgart, I’ll book a different apartment hotel in Bad Cannstatt. It may cost a bit more, but at least it won’t leave me wondering whether hypothermia is included in the room rate.

It was very centrally located. U bhan sbahn and bus stops are right nearby. Quiet and clean location. There is a supermarket nearby. It had a clean room and a gym.

It's not directly related to the facility, but I think it's a general issue. I have never stayed in a place with such aggressive mosquitoes in my life:) There was no air conditioning, but if there was, I would not have used it because there was very fresh air. However, maybe mosquito nets can be installed on the balcony door for the summer months and on the document for the winter months. Other than that, I did not encounter a negative situation.

The manager is a spicopathic, he pays attention to what his guests do, he investigates the personal lives of the people who come to the place to say that you do not comply with the rules and to say that if you do not leave he will file a complaint with the police... it was not even fair to charge me for an extra night as if I had stayed there... he only wanted to refund what he thought was appropriate, be very careful, I advise you to look for other options!!! if you do not want to have a bad time!!!

Great location, modern and clean apartment. Smart layout with a large bathroom. Nice basic gym, good to have laundry facilities but confusing to navigate. Great nearby budget supermarket.

No air conditioner which made it extremely hard to sleep in the heat but after asking staff received a fan.

Would not come back.

The location was good and from the outside looks nice.

There was no one at reception on a Sunday and self check-in didn’t work as there were no keys so I had to phone several times before I eventually got through. My room was dark as the metal shutters were down and exceptionally hot. The cleaner came in my room and woke me up at 9am the next morning.

Stuttgart中央車站的酒店價格太高，距總站約二個車站的FEURBACH的這家酒店，價格非常親民，交通方便，S-bahn,U-bahn，公車都可到達，走路約1分鐘可到酒店。附近即有一家超市，購物方便。因為在郊區，房間很安靜。櫃台接待只有周一至周五早上8點到下午4點。但訂房後會給一組確認碼，入住時在機器上自助check-in即可。我在自助check-in發生一些問題，但透過WHATapp聯繫，他們很積極熱心幫我解決，還確認我是否順利入住。非常感動。我的房間是口袋客房，就亞洲人來說，還不算太小，而且很多置物櫃可放物品。

因為櫃台接待人員現場時間有限(如前述)，要習慣自助check-in。要記得訂房時的確認碼，以及訂房時填的last name。請注意，大小寫或有否符號(如-)都要一致，否則device不認。另外，要特別注意，Stuttgart中央車站大整修，何時完工不知道，坐S-bahn,U-bahn，公車都在車站外圍，若要轉DB的ICE，RE等車種，要繞道走很遠很遠，拉著行李走到懷疑人生。

Una piacevole scoperta. Ritorneremo.

Self check in anche durante le ore notturne. La posizione è davvero comoda: non si trova al centro di Stoccarda, ma i mezzi pubblici sono proprio vicino all'hotel. Esiste la possibilità di posteggiare in garage, ma noi abbiamo trovato dei posteggi pubblici liberi gratuiti nella strada dell'hotel. Per la colazione la struttura si appoggia ad un altro hotel: il Moxy Hotel, a 1 minuto a piedi. Era veramente ben fornita sia di pietanze salate che dolci, ce n'era per tutti i gusti. I giochi (biliardo, calcio balilla e freccette) presenti al pianterreno. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, posso solo ripetere quello che ho detto ad uno dei gerenti: dato che la struttura è gestita da Italiani, non trovare una tazzina di caffé da espresso (per il caffè in camera) è un gran peccato, ahahah :) Per il resto è stato fantastico.

Weekend a Stoccarda

Struttura accogliente molto ben pulita e tenuta ambiente nuovo, bagno molto grande e luminoso, appartamento completo di stoviglie anche se il piano cottura ad induzione nn funzionava molto bene per un discorso di sicurezza era molto sensibile al calore e non lo raggiungeva bene le temperature quindi nel cucinare era molto lungo. Apparentemente comodissimo ai mezzi e al centro parcheggio in strada gratuito e a pagamento seminterrato a 18 euro, per chi scegli la formula con colazione questa viene servita al Moxy l’hotel di fianco al complesso con gli appartamenti non si raggiunge internamente ma si esce dalla struttura e si fanno 50 mt.

Lo staff avevo chiedo la possibilità di fare una notte in più con un wapp ma mi hanno risposto alle 12 del giorno di partenza quindi avendo il check out alle 11 era già andata via.

Einchecken war schwierig, da wir mehrere Zimmer über eine Person gebucht haben.
