Location and free parking. Bathroom nice. Opted for breakfast which was in Turkish restaurant below. I was apprehensive at first but was a mixed platter very enjoyable.

I liked the very clean and bright room and bathroom with new furnishings, the quiet despite the central location in Feuerbach, the exceptional friendliness and availability of the manager and staff which fully made up for the fact that the reception was on the top floor and the entrance on the side of the building, and, as a bonus, the possibility to frequent the equally high quality Turkish restaurant on the ground floor. I was also very happy about thfree parking!

The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was good. The free parking was perfect. The water bottle was nice. The short walk to U-Bahn and bus station is convenient.

The hotel location, the price, the check-in and check-out were all very simple and straight forward.

We found a hair on the bed which was the reason for the rating on cleaness. We were not alble to get connected to the wifi which was very strange.

Provided us what we needed - clean room, clean bathroom

Clean room and clean common areas. The elevator worked. The bathroom was very clean. The person who checked us in was friendly. There are places nearby to get food in the area. Overall fair value.

We were a bit uncertain about how we were going to get our room key. It eventually worked out. Not sure how a late evening check-in would be handled.

Door of the bathroom can be closed from inside only if you enter bath cabin! This narrow entrance is acceptable for 60-70 kg men! But this is not a big issue. Nothing luxury but acceptable for that price

Excellent

We stayed for two nights, and it was a great experience. We arrived by car, so having free parking in Stuttgart was simply amazing. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which takes you directly to the city center. The room was clean, and had a small balcony, plus the staff was helpful. At arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room was already ready, so we could check in early — a perfect start to our stay. The hotel also has a restaurant (which we didn’t get the chance to try), but there are plenty of cafés nearby. We especially enjoyed Trölsch Bakery, which had delicious pastries to go with our morning coffee. Thank you for having us!

lovely hotel on the outskirts of Stuttgart. The rooms were comfy and good, and it was very easy to reach. The parking garage behind the hotel was a great bonus as we were coming by car, and was easy to park in. Very friendly staff, and easy to check in and out. Much appreciated!

Pluses prevail the minuses - it was OK.

The location is very good. Pretty close are metro and bus stops. The combination with hotel's free parking was excellent for us. Also very close are various shops, including EDEKA grocery.

The room was clean, comfortable, but quite small - especially the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend it to XXL and over sized :-) people.

The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had – avoid at all costs Scam hotel that accused us of breaking something that was already broken, then asked us to pay for it. We arrived at the hotel quite late, so we went straight to dinner and then to bed. The next morning, when we tried to use the shower, we immediately noticed that barely any water was coming out. The little water that did come through was extremely hot, and we had no control over either the water pressure or the temperature. After just a couple of minutes, the shower cord detached completely on its own — making the shower totally unusable. When I contacted the hotel to report the issue, not only did the owner refuse to check or fix it, but he also claimed that previous guests had no problems, and accused us of trying to scam him to get a refund. Now he’s even asking us for money for supposedly damaging the shower — something that absolutely did not happen. I have stayed in many hotels and have never been accused of damaging anything before. This has been a shocking and deeply upsetting experience. My strong recommendation: stay away from this hotel. If anything goes wrong, you risk being blamed and charged for things you didn’t do. This place felt like a scam — do not book it!

In 29th of July we were on the road to Italy, when I booked the Alpha hotel believing I was booking for the same day, but the reservation had been made for the 29th of August. However, I only realized this when I arrived at the hotel, that there was no one to receive us, so I called the phone available at the door and the person who answered said that there was no reservation for that night. I went to check and really I was wrong, and I said that to him and asked him to accommodate us because I was with my husband and newborn baby in the car and we needed to rest. The atendent said it would be possible if I paid €130 a night, but it would have to be in cash I asked if I could deduct the amount already paid for the wrong booking of €50 and he said no. It is certainly an atendent who would keep the per diem money without the bosses knowing. I regarded the case as not honest, and from a rigid, absurd selfishness. I asked for the intervention of booking, which nothing can do. I let the wrong booking day arrive to report it to you. Be careful when staying at this hotel, if they acted like that with me, what else can they do?

Very good

The location was quite, Stores, places to eat and bar just on the street. Close to train stations so travel was easy. The staff was quite helful, Farook was easy to deal with and understanding.

Reception is not always available. Rooms were quite hot and not much ventilation. We had booked 3 rooms and only one room came with a balcony(which was a bit of relief).

For the given price, the place was generally nice.

It was basically as advertised. The room was very nice and ready, bathroom clean and properly equipped. There was also a free bottled water which was a very nice welcome since the weather was around 29°C. For the given price, I have no general complaint. I’ve read other reviews and noticed two things, the lack of staff and the AC. I to haven’t encountered any personnel on the reception desk. However, I did get a notification about a PIN number for a room key dispenser which I totally forgot. However, there was a phone number on the front desk which after I called was answered promptly, so this part I wouldn’t call a bad thing, just a bit unorthodox if anything. As far as the AC goes, I guess having it would have been a bonus, but the temperature was nice enough. We’ve left the windows open during the night, and there wasn’t much outside noise after 23:00. So our general sleep quality was quite nice.
