the property was beautiful. Only draw back for me and I was warned was the stairs. I’m 76 but made a good workout. There are some homeless living in the park across the street but no one bothered me. I wonder why the park is not patrolled at night.

Great location. Near downtown but adjacent to park - best of both worlds! Easy parking. Great apt layout and plenty of closet and dresser space. Kitchen well equipped. Easy and very efficient and personable communication with Stacy. We would definitely stay here on our next visit. The only room for improvement would be that the apt might have used a bit of a more thorough cleaning before we arrived.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in this second level two bedroom unit with two balconies. The location is convenient to Old Town and the extensive pedestrian/bike trail system that runs through the adjacent park.

This property is just like the pictures, so no surprises. We were very happy with the space and the amenities. We loved being steps form Lee Martinez Park for walking and biking. And just minutes from old town and our favorite shops and restaurant. The management responded quickly to replace our broken coffee maker, and to remove some wasps that created a nest by the front door. We would definitely stay there again—hopefully, next summer!
