Foodies have a wide range of dining experiences to choose from, and there is also a vibrant nightlife for those looking for a evening out on the town. Finally, if the Colorado outdoors is what you seek, the Poudre Trail is just a stone’s throw away, connecting walkers, runners, and bike riders to over 30 miles of paved trails.

The family room has a 42” flatscreen TV, with Roku and wifi, and an extra long, super comfortable sofa. Linens are luxury hotel-quality. Location and price were excellent. The large backyard was great, perfect for storing our bikes. Washer-dryer were great to have use of. We did unfortunately have check in issues, possibly due to VRBO's system, but eventually connected with host and got access. Luckily there were breweries close by for us to spend time at while waiting. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short walk to old town. Note that one of the beds has an extremely firm mattress, but the other bed and couch were comfy.

Cute little house was perfect for my husband, two dogs and me. The fenced in back yard was very nice to hang out with our dogs. The location was perfectly placed between New Belgium brewery and Odell Brewing Co. Downtown was also in walking distance and Fort Collins has a really nice downtown area. Our check in was a little rocky, but Dawn was very apologetic and got us in. Of note, there is no air conditioning. However, it was mid to high 80’s and with the windows open and a fan going it was comfortable.

The host was very responsive and friendly. We loved the location within walking distance to the breweries and proximity to downtown. The patio and backyard space were wonderful.

The house has a really, really strong bad smell. Like an old rental that has been painted over. It took two days to not notice it. There were cobwebs in the lamps and the Roku remote didnt work.The kitchen had enough utensils and what not, and it would have been really helpful is there was a cooking oil available.Otherwise, it was fine, seemed over priced for the house itself, and it worked for us for cooking a few meals and having separate rooms.The upgraded backyard was nicer than the pictures, so that was a plus.
