Enjoy this updated 2-bedroom, main-floor bungalow in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Just a .5 mile walk to old town to explore our breweries, restaurants, shops, and music venues, then relax in a stylish, professionally furnished home. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking with quality essentials. CSU campus is just 1.4 miles away if you're taking a tour or visiting a rammie. This old town charmer will make you feel at home and is professionally managed by Rise N Shine Rentals.
The Space:
This is the ground level unit of a duplex home in old town. This ranch style unit offers no stairs except for the 4 leading into the home. The other, 1 bedroom unit, is upstairs, accessed by an exterior staircase and separate entrance. The two units share a private laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets provided but the rest of the home is private to you.
Home layout:
Enter into the living room with seating for 5 and a wall mounted smart tv
To the right you'll find the primary bedroom with a queen bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your own meals if you choose to and a dining table.
Guest Access:
Entrance to the home is through the front door with 4 stairs. You'll receive a code for the smart lock 3 hours before check in.
Interaction with Guests:
This home is managed by Rise N Shine Rentals and our local team can be onsite quickly if anything comes up but are happy to give you space and privacy.

The place was nice. The beds were comfy and cute. Living space was cozy and sunny. Kitchen had everything we needed and was clean. Good shower. Great location. Response from the host was quick and the stay was so easy.

Great property perfect walking distance to old town and breweries. The street was quiet and interior was nicely done. The Rise n Shine team were very attentive and had easy check in/out instructions.
