This condo backs up to Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre River Trail which is perfect for those who enjoy walking, biking and observing the natural world. It is also a short 10-minute walk from the center of Downtown where you can enjoy shopping, dining, live music and special events. Just imagine taking a scenic stroll along the Poudre River Trail, stopping by the Old Town Farmers Market and then returning home to enjoy a delicious meal on the patio which backs directly to the park. There is nothing quite like the summertime buzz of an afternoon baseball game, cheering fans and the crack of a game-winning home run!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Both bedrooms have an en-suite private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay

NOTE: The home for rent is the garden level of an over/under duplex and the upper level is rented separately. Both spaces have completely separate entrances and private patios both front and back.
 
NOTE: If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and that your dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the residence since the yard is shared with the upper level.
