It was good location,around 300m from sea,15min walk to the big supermarket

Furniture need to be replaced not all but some of the pieces,not inaf kitchen stuff,internet very very slow

Location good close to the beach The gentleman came and checked us in an hour and a half later than there advertised time and let us checkout up to an hour late as well . Thank you

There is one air conditioning unit in living room. There was no fan in the smaller bedroom whose bed is a bit small for 2 adults at 140 cm x 200 cm As we were 5 adults and were told adequate accommodation for 5 adults One air conditioning unit to cool 3 bed rooms mean you have to put it really cold in living room which became uncomfortable for the person sleeping there There is no iron We have rented quite a few properties including in neighbouring Bulgaria where properties were to a much higher standard at much lower prices than this , sorry

The accommodation is located in a quiet street in Nei Epivates, just a short walk from everything you need. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the yard is well-maintained and full of greenery, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. There is free street parking available, and the car is in the shade for most of the day. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for a longer stay by the sea. One of the highlights is the large terrace overlooking the garden—perfect for relaxing. The host was very kind and welcoming. He waited for us on arrival, handed us the keys, and explained how everything works. Overall, a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.
