Cheerful 3 bedroom home with parking near Chester

Spacious

Carpets could use upgrading, nails sticking out from under carpets. Few door handles loose mainly gf bathroom. Some sheets had stains in them. Water pressure for 1st floor shower was very low Garden door thumb turn lock very tough to lock Street parking not always available due to lack of free space WiFi would not reach rear bedrooms furthers from router. No smart TV

The main thing I liked was that everything was exactly as expected, clean, safe and comfortable. Neighbours were friendly.

Sofas uncomfortable

It was reasonably priced. Good size accommodation, well presented inside and clean. Had everything we needed. Quiet at the back of the house.

It lacked that personal touch. Coffee and tea left with milk sachets, but a biscuit would have been nice. Pillows were very thin. It would have been nice to have had a welcome book with local info etc. We had 2 cars, neighbours seemed irritated by this although we did park one in front of the other to minimise this, however came out to find neighbours had placed bollards over parking. Also would have been nice to have curtains not metal blinds. Front door lock was difficult to lock at times.
