Nice place, very central to Moers some nice places to eat locally. quiet enough area. Kitchen area downstairs is big and quit nice. plenty of free coffee pods which is a nice touch.
Parking is free but can be a little confusing the first time you go there, no AC during the summer but it was not advertised. The owner does provide fans

The room was very comfortable and had tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and fridge. It was easy to find and was a short walk to shops and restaurants.
You have to enter the hotel to find out how to use the parking garage, but this is no help if you can’t park your car to go into the hotel. The listing states accessible parking, but we could not find this. When I tried to ring to find out about parking no one answered the phone despite trying three times. In the end I had to park on a pay car park. Eventually someone rang me back but it was too late by then.

It was okay overall and access easy. The other amenities seemed good but i had no reaon or time to use thhem.
The room was cramped and unfortuatelly smelled of sewage which only eased after I took a shower. The other amenities seemed good. The bed was very uncomfortable
