يجب ان يوضح وصف الشقه اكثر , بناء على الوصف الضبابي والغير واضح كنت اعتقد انها شقة كامله لي ولكن اكتشفت انها غرفه فقط

It was spacious and clean.
I didn't see any staff members but I communicated with them through booking.com. They responded quickly especially when I arrived at the property and didn't know how to get into the property.
I had a pleasant stay.
It would have been nice to have a layout of the apartment, but by wondering around you can find everything.
Overall, I had a really good stay, just two little things.
There is only one shower in the apartment.
I couldn't lock the bathroom door to have a shower, I messaged to say I couldn't do it, and the response was it locks! In the end I played music while inside so people knew it was occupied.
The shower also blocks quickly and the base of the shower is really shallow.

Everything looked clean, fairly modern and light. Bed was comfy. Shower hot and clean.
There was nobody to be seen from the staff. Not when checking in not when checking out. Messages on booking went unanswered. People upstairs were noisy the whole night long. But nobody to complain to or keep an eye on that. I shared the apartment with just one other person in another room. Although nice, also a bit unsettling. Such a big place unsupervised.
