LIVELY am Kaiserberg Duisburg

Das Apartment ist ganz neu und modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben! Es ist ein tolles Konzept, dass man das Gebäude mit dem Altersheim teilt, dadurch kann man im Aufenthaltsraum umsonst Kaffee trinken und wenn man möchte mit anderen Bewohnern connecten. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Perfect apartment for a wheelchair user: automatic front door, no step entrance, elevator, roll-in shower. New and modern building, spacious apartment, tastefully decorated. Clean and quiet street. 20 min walk to train station, also 20 minutes to University. Grocery store close by, some local restaurants, convenience store around the corner. Window blinds were great during hot weather. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hybrid building with many lovely seniors, enjoyed a complimentary coffee and a chat with several of them. Christina was the nicest and most gracious host we have ever met. Highly recommended place if you use a wheelchair.

Building has ventilation but no AC. It can get a bit hot during a heat wave, especially if you have smoking neighbours and can't leave windows open at night. A ventilator / fan would have been helpful.

Sehr modernes Apartment und das Bett ist ein Traum, sehr groß! Es gibt kostenfreien Kaffee, Cappuccino etc, in der Lobby. Check-In ist digital und hat reibungslos funktioniert durch die Email vorab mit allen Informationen!

Unterkunft sehr sauber. Schön eingerichtet, jederzeit wieder. Es war sehr schön

Check in verlief etwas holprig aber ging dann. Wenig Geschirr im Apartment.
