Chateau de Ninis is an exquisite French Inspired Chateau perched at the top of a hill overlooking miles of beautiful Vineyards and rolling countryside.
Our estate offers breathtaking views of the Sonoma wine country. Enjoy your own private Chateau to relax in luxury!

Chateau de Ninis is an exquisite French Inspired Chateau perched at the top of a hill overlooking miles of beautiful Vineyards and rolling countryside.
Our estate offers breathtaking views of the Sonoma wine country. Enjoy your own private Chateau to relax in luxury!

We offer the main Chateau House and estate for our guest use.
Enjoy our 75 ft infinity pool, sauna and grand pool Pavilion for outdoor entertaining.
(Please note that the pool is on Solar and heated seasonally May -October)
The small guest house on the property is not available to rent under our current zoning permit with Sonoma County. Our property manager resides on the property in that unit which is the furthest away from the main house. She is available to assist during your stay but will provide the utmost privacy for you and your guests.
The garages are for the owner's storage.
We have 3 parking spaces for our guests in the circular driveway in front of the main Chateau House.

Other things to note: only approved vendors and companies are allowed on premises.
