This is a lovely property in a peaceful part of town, located on a hillside. If you seek your peace and quiet, this is the spot. I had a wonderful stay that was relaxing. Didn't know how I'd do without TV but thought I'd be ok with my compter, phone and internet. However, the internet service was very spotty. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Sweet little cottage in the trees, very quiet and relaxing. Seemed like they were in the middle of some upgrades that will likely make it even nicer. Would stay again.

Travelled here with my wife for a travel nursing job, enjoyed the cheaper price for a long-term stay. However, cleanliness of place upon arrival was an issue. It seemed that the place had not been deep-cleaned in quite some time. There were spider webs and spiders in many places, including high touch surfaces. It took some convincing from me to get my wife to agree to stay after arriving. I had to spend a day deep cleaning the place for it to seem comfortable. Overall, it was worth the price for a very private location close to downtown Calistoga. Just be aware that this place has an issue with spiders and some other bugs getting in. The host should provide more cleaning supplies as this place is only for long-term stays and she expects the guests to deep-clean the place prior to checking out. I appreciate the host’s communication and flexibility with certain instances throughout our stay.
