The original structure, the Main House, offers 4 bedrooms with 3 newly renovated bathrooms and overlooks the private pond. It also has an expansive living area with 23 ft ceilings, dining area, kitchen, TV room, wine storage, and fully furnished deck with pond and garden views.
The Pool House was recently renovated and includes 3 bedrooms, (all with private entrances), and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the 3rd has an exterior entrance. It also includes an indoor/outdoor living space overlooking the pool area.
The Cottage on the Hill, also recently renovated, is an 8-minute uphill walk or 2-minute drive from the rest of the property and offers additional privacy. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, den, living room, and a furnished deck.
Located in largely undeveloped Pope Valley, the property offers an added level of seclusion yet is only a 20-minute drive to St. Helena, 30 minutes to Calistoga, 45 minutes to downtown Napa, and 2 hours to San Francisco.
*The pond is dependent on seasonal rainfall and varies in its water height.

We had an amazing stay at Risa Ranch and couldn’t have asked for a better Napa experience. Our group of six couples rented the entire property, including all three houses, and it worked out perfectly. The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, and ideal for a larger group while still giving everyone their own space.One of the standout features of Risa Ranch is the property itself. The land is beautiful and unique, with plenty of trails and open space to explore. It was such a great way to relax and enjoy some downtime between winery visits — peaceful, scenic, and a refreshing change of pace.Jorge was also an incredible host and resource throughout our stay. He was welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond — especially with his breakfasts, which were absolutely amazing and a highlight of our mornings.We would highly recommend Risa Ranch to anyone looking for a memorable group getaway in the Napa area and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at Risa Ranch and brought 30 of our closest friends and family to help us celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Griffin made it so seamless to plan our stay and Jorge and Edgar were the BEST and made sure that we wanted for nothing. The meals they prepared were fabulous!! Thank you so much for helping make our anniversary one to remember!

Simply an incredible place. This has to be one of the most amazing properties in the Bay Area. Stunningly beautiful and impeccably maintained, RISA Ranch was the perfect place for my birthday celebration. The massive scale of the property allowed our large group enough space, while the shared spaces were perfect spots to all be together. The different activities made it so we always had something to do. All the beds were super comfortable. The staff here treats you like you are at a 5 star hotel, and Jorge is a fantastic chef. We will be back!
