Walk to Alicant station is perfect
Hand towels in kitchen and bath would be nice.
Also, please tighten toilet seat.

Really cosy, clean and spacious apartment equipped with absolutely everything one can expect. Did like the location - to my surprise it wasn't difficult to find a parking space; quiet area, but within walking distance to everything. Great breakfast.
Blankets are probably not very common in Spain, but for a colder season/ nights it would be appreciated if the is one hidden somewhere:) The apartment is new, but continuous maintenance required to keep it so (no loose bathroom hooks etc).

I really love the modern, warm boutique look & feel.
Well equipped kitchen.
Comfortable sofa and nice bed.
Fast communication with host and when facing issues he comes up with immediate & good solutions.
There’s a lot of natural light and good AC
In my apartment (3E) there’s a far too small TV for today’s standard - I have seen that the other apartments have bigger & more modern TV’s - good is that it’s flexible so that in theory I could watch from the bedroom but the angle with the interior woodwork is so unfortunate that I had to go to the upper edge of the bed ☺️ for people who don’t need a TV it won’t be recognised but as I love to watch series it was not feasible and I decided to watch rather from my laptop

Very good linens with a lot of pilows

Owner also provide washing powder, soap and other detergents
Breakfast
in the description of this property was said that they provide a type of breakfast-buffet.
But in the real there was regular continental breakfast, of course you can choose between sandwich with cheese and ham or some sweet biscuits or croissants but it is not the same as Buffet. So I expected to receive a full breakfast and I am really very frustrated
And for this reason this accommodation definitely didn’t cost those money.
So if want full breakfast it is better to find something another
$$$$
