The space , bed was extremely comfortable, electric blinds, no noise, completely dark so could sleep. For longer stays there is a washing machine there too. Very near Alicante train station about ten min walk. Walked into the centre of Alicante in 25 minutes and got taxi back for €6.

El apartamento está genial, todo nuevo, bien decorado y limpio. La ubicación está a 20 min aprox del centro de Alicante.
Tienen un lugar para poder dejar las maletas cuando sales del apartamento, lo cual se agradece.
Tienen que arreglar la mampara del baño porque sale el agua de la ducha.
Que la salida sea a las 11h y no a las 12h

The heating/air-con unit worked very well and it was really peaceful during my stay. Zero street noise and I didn’t hear much noise from the next-door neighbors. Another review had mentioned the neighbors below, but thankfully that apartment wasn’t occupied during my stay. FYI: the apartment has the type of lock where you don’t lock the door from the inside with a key.
Unfortunately, I did not find the bed comfortable. The bedding could be upgraded to better-quality pillows and fabrics. I found the hanging clothes-drying rack too small and inconvenient to use. It should be replaced by a bigger standing rack so guests can do a larger load of laundry. The bath mat looked quite dirty—for hygiene reasons, it should be replaced by a towel mat that can easily be washed between stays.
