Villa Sweet Boheme

The villa was lovely and peaceful, excellent location and it was only 10 minutes by taxi to Playa blanca town which Costs EUR 4.40. Pool and garden area was lovely and enjoyable. Would recommend this villa to others if you are not bothered about it having no air conditioning.

Although the villa was beautiful it is let down by a couple of small things; not having any air conditioning and only ceiling fans (it was very uncomfortable in 36 degrees heat, the double bed although the mattress was comfortable the base was very squeaky and possibly needs replaced. The outside barbecue we were unable to use as it was not clean. I also think a nice touch would be to have a small welcome pack especially if late arrival (of a bottle of milk, tea/coffee even the option to pay for this) including how to use WiFi, safe, places to visit, contact number for local taxis. We did need to contact the owner during our stay and she was very accommodating. With these small changes this villa would be perfect.

Location and peaceful. Decent size bedrooms and outside space.

Lack of kitchen equipment, cooking trays etc for being self catering. Disappointed with the dirty cups and glasses stored in the cupboard. Bedroom door to patio was difficult to open and so didn’t risk forcing it due to the locking mechanism being stuck. Toilet blockage when we arrived so used the alternative toilet in the shower room. Both items looked at by maintenance whilst there. Security safe needs replacing.
