great swimming pool, and large private garden. Property cleaned 3 times during our 10 day stay. Milk bread ham cheese butter tea coffee provided on arrival. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of town centre about 20 minutes.

villa was great , shame that Lanzarote have stopped the e scooters as they were ideal to use last time we stayed with Villas Susietta

This is the best hosted villa i have stayed in. We arrived with fridge stocked with more than just essentials which was great and meant we didn't have to rush out to find shops etc. I have been to Lanzarote many times but honestly the management of this Villa was exceptional. Cleaned twice whilst we were there including change of towels each time + bottle of bubbly - which was a lovely touch! Prompt response when we decided we wanted the pool heated which was great. It's about a 20min walk to shops/promenade and a 10 min walk to Aldi in a different direction. All in all a great stay - thank you for such a lovely experience!

We loved the pool area and the double doors from the sitting room and bed out on it.

Villa is a good size in a quiet location Pool is a good size Comfortable lounge area Outside pool area is a great balance Top deck is good but needs furniture to make it a useful space, maybe some wind protection as well Location - peaceful not overlooked. 25-30mins to town, 40mins to marina. €4-5 trip back Welcome pack was a nice thought

Room lighting is poor in 2nd room You only get one key to open every door in the villa. Pool not cleaned Not enough cups, glasses and cutlery Showers need a refresh Aircon did not work in the lounge. After 3 attempts to fix, I didn't want a maintenance visit for our remaining 4 days. Driveway entrance is very tight even for a small car, people parking on roads outside make getting into the drive even more challenging
