Very nice have everything you want in the property it was nice having bread milk butter jam and apple juice it was a nice walk to the restaurant and bars and beach

I would of liked a extra key and chairs on the roof terrace

This was our second trip to Lanzarote, and this villa genuinely exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 1 am to find the hallway light left on and food and drinks waiting for us in the fridge. Tea, coffee, juice, bread, butter, and jam had also been provided for breakfast, giving us time to settle in before finding the shops, a very thoughtful gesture. A portfolio of local information had been left for us, including details on where to find a chemist, the doctor, local tourist attractions, taxi numbers, and recommended restaurants for booking. This made it incredibly easy to get our bearings from day one. A large ALDI supermarket was also within very comfortable walking distance, and the taxi back was under three euros, extremely convenient. We stayed for 14 days, and the villa was cleaned every three days, with fresh bedding, towels, loo roll, and dishwasher tablets provided each time. The pool and patio were maintained even more regularly. On our third day, we found a bottle of wine left for us to enjoy- such a kind gift- and sweets were also left after each clean, which was a lovely touch. Everything ran so smoothly that we didn’t need to contact Daniela once during our stay. A truly seamless and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Location was good once you had a car it was perfect very central to everything , Privacy and quietness of the area was very good also your only directly overlooked by one other property's upstairs balcony and its usually empty anyway The pool was a great size and the property while although not suprr modern was well equipped having the smart TV and good strong WiFi was a big plus for the kids

The air conditioner in the master bedroom needs new gas or an overhaul it blows no cold air whatsoever and im fully aware of how to operate as the other two machines work perfect in the living room and bedroom The week we stayed temps were +30c so you can imagine how hot the room got The shutters on the property could do with a bit of upkeep lubrication maybe a service they are all very stiff and frail from the sun over the years we'd a lot of issues just generally opening and closing them the one in the main bathroom doesn't even open at all Also 2 keys should be standard ,you need the same key to practically open everything so if you pop the shop whoevers left in the house can't do much at all Also just to note I don't think our pool was cleaned once while we stayed (14 days) next doors looked to be cleaned every 4 or so days we could see/hear them come in we put the cover on at night as requested but still a decent bit of debris was gathering at the surface of the pool The villa is good i don't want to sound too critical at all just needs a few euro to bring it back to a standard it once was in my opinion I think a 7.5/8 is fair i would return to it and recommend it

Villa is a good size in a quiet location Pool is a good size Comfortable lounge area Outside pool area is a great balance Top deck is good but needs furniture to make it a useful space, maybe some wind protection as well Location - peaceful not overlooked. 25-30mins to town, 40mins to marina. €4-5 trip back Welcome pack was a nice thought

Room lighting is poor in 2nd room You only get one key to open every door in the villa. Pool not cleaned Not enough cups, glasses and cutlery Showers need a refresh Aircon did not work in the lounge. After 3 attempts to fix, I didn't want a maintenance visit for our remaining 4 days. Driveway entrance is very tight even for a small car, people parking on roads outside make getting into the drive even more challenging
