About this villa rental

'CASA ROMAR PLAYA BLANCA' is in a great location, ideally situated, close to the beaches, shops and restaurants and the Marina Rubicon is a short walk along the seafront promenade.
The lounge and master bedroom open out onto the large terrace/garden/pool area where you will find table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning (pay as you go coin operated system).
The 8m x 4m private swimming pool has a built-in jacuzzi and a Roman end with gentle steps for ease of access, there is also an outdoor shower. The pool has the facility to have the pool electrically heated which is charged extra - please ask at time of booking.
A unique facility of the villa is the great BBQ room where you can sit and watch 'the chef at work'.
Casa Romar has hi speed broadband, the tv has a great selection of English speaking channels including BBC, ITV, C4 etc

We had a fabulous stay in villa Romar for a week in April 26. The villa is in a good location in a very peaceful residential area which is only a 5 min drive or 15 min walk to the main part of playa Blanca. Aldi is a very useful 2 min journey by car. The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need during your stay. It is tastefully furnished and perfect for a family of 4. The pool is heated at a nice temperature and is very safe for all ages as the depth is graduated, and also has a whirlpool built in at the shallow end. The 2 bedrooms have aircon for which you need to top up the meter with 1 and 2 coins, but is very cheap to run (we topped it up with 10 and there was still about 6 credit left at the end of the week). There is a very nice kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, IPTV, plenty of seating inside and out. The host is very helpful and responds to messages very quickly. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again, absolutely loved it .

We stayed in this villa for 10 days and had a great time. The pool is a great size and there is so much outdoor space to enjoy, the area is a real sun trap and even in November we had full sun until early evening! The villa is a short drive to the centre of Playa Blanca, yet still nice and quiet! Special mention to Ollie next door who kept the pool nice and clean and was on hand to answer any questions! We will definitely return to this villa!
