The apartment is quite nice and has everything you need. AC, washing machine, tv, kitchen, kitchen equipment etc...
Parking was easy to find around the house (free). The host is super nice and also made a dinner reservation for us.
it's a bit far from the city center (30 minutes walk) and the bus connections are poor. It's not the host's fault, but good to keep in mind.

Excellent stay in Palermo, we parked in front on the entrance door with no problems. I would recommend if you are traveling by car.
