Très bel établissement très bien entretenu et moderne. Hôte très sympathique, tout était très bien et confortable !
Malheureusement si on souhaite prendre les transport en commun (bus ou tram) c’est très mal desservi, mais en taxi ou voiture c’est ok (20 minutes).

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero eccellente! La struttura è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulita. Ogni ambiente era perfettamente ordinato e igienizzato, cosa che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Gli host sono stati gentili, disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. La posizione è strategica per poter visitare la città e accedere ai maggiori punti di interesse senza grandi difficoltà. Consigliatissima!

Die Unterkunft ist modern ausgestattet und sehr schön und gut renoviert, für italienische Verhältnisse absolut top. Klimaanlage vorhanden, toller Kaffeeautomat. Grundausstattung für die Ankunft als auch für einen Kurztrip vorhanden. Es gab Kaffe, Toilettenpapier, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Kaffee waren auch schon dort. Nette Vermieterin, spricht allerdings nur italienisch. Es gibt Balkone vor und hinter der Wohnung. Tram Station direkt in der Nähe, Bus fußläufig etwa 5 Minuten entfernt.
Abtrockentuch und scharfe Messer (Küchenmesser) könnte man noch ergänzen, Dusche nur lauwarm und wenig Wasservorrat ( nach kurzer Zeit kalt). Lage für den späteren Abend nicht so optimal, ab ca. 22 Uhr wird es mit den Bussen in und aus der Stadt schwierig und ein Taxi ist teuer, da die Wohnung im Außenbereich liegt. Sonst alles TipTop :-)
