Nice quiet hostel in an ideal position.
Parked between Sliema and St. Julians, Hostel On is located in an old Maltese property. It's clean - the cleaner is present on a daily basis - and has the essential necessities that a hostel needs; a kitchen, several communal bathrooms, a garden, roof terrace, washing machine and WIFI.
Having stayed for nearly two months in the property, my judgement is that it's professionally run. The occupants are a mixture of tourists and South Americans whom tend to be in Malta to improve their English in the many language schools. Like many hostels it's easy to make friends with the occupants.
I'm tempted to return to Malta in the near future and would be inclined to re-book this hostel.
The only criticism I have relates to the WIFI which could have been more consistent.

Friendly welcoming staff, polite helpful.
Safe hostel safe area no worries about security. Lovely outdoor lounge area upstairs. Sociable kitchen dining area downstairs.
There was no blanket/ duvet on the bed. Was okay but a blanket would be more comfortable.
