Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα σε λεωφορεία, φέρρυ, θάλασσα, μαγαζιά, μπαρ, εστιατόρια. Άνετο δωμάτιο.
Νιώσαμε πολύ ασφαλείς, καθώς έπρεπε να περάσουμε τρεις κωδικούς για να φτάσουμε στο δωμάτιό μας.
Πολύ ωραία κουζίνα, παρείχε κρουασάν, γάλα, τσάι, καφέ κ.λπ.
Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και εξυπηρετικότατος.
Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό. Δεν έγινε αλλαγή πετσετών, υπήρχε θέμα διότι δεν στέγνωναν λόγω υγρασίας. Δεν είχε καλάθι για σκουπίδια στο δωμάτιο ούτε σακούλες για αλλαγή στο μπάνιο. Δεν είχε υγρό πιάτων στο δωμάτιο ενώ είχε σφουγγάρι.

The apartment has a great location, very close to the ferry port and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, shops, and a shopping center. The promenade is also nearby, which makes it perfect for a pleasant walk by the sea.
Check-in was very easy and convenient since it is self check-in, so the whole process was simple and smooth. Overall, a very practical and well-located place to stay.
The apartment was generally clean, but it could have been a little cleaner in some details. For example, the duvet and the towels could have been a bit fresher.

The location is great! For the money we paid it was not bad. When a problem arose, we received a very quick response and reaction from their team. They were very kind and responsive.
There were some problems with the bathroom, leaking water. Cleanliness could be improved.

The room had been cleaned and the sheets, towels etc were fresh.
It was local to everything, easy to find, and quiet...
The room smelled of smoke, whether this was from a previous occupant or from elsewhere on the flat/building I'm not sure.
The whole apartment smelled of cooked food as there is (currently) a permanent resident in one of the rooms (from the images I thought this was a two bed apartment, it's not it's at least three if not more).
The bed was uncomfortable (which I know can be personal).
There was a duvet, but it didn't have a cover so you had to use it as is (and can only imagine how many others would have used it like that).
The light and fan in the toilet/shower was on a sensor and switched on for around 15mins, so even in the middle of the night you have to contend with this (the sensor had been pulled out of the ceiling when I arrived, and I can only presume this was an attempt by the previous occupant to stop this (it didn't work)).
Although fairly new the room was pretty scuffed, with multiple blood streaks on the walls from mosquito squashing (I'm presuming) and the window sill was paticularly bad.
The clothes rail for hanging your clothes is pretty high and I had to reach to hang them up (and I'm 6'1") (my clothes also ended up smelling of smoke).
As noted by another reviewer, the front door of that apartment was at times left unlocked by the other occupants.
All in all, I was booked in for four nights and I left and booked into the AX Victoria Hotel after two nights, which was only about £10pn more expensive (and included breakfast). I would not recommend this place, and will be wary of booking places that have such a high rating with not that many reviews in the future.
