My family and I were very satisfied with the property. The description was on point! The property was clean and fully stocked with everything you will need. We didn't do any cooking since we out all day every day. I appreciated the parking spot behind the home since we had a large pick-up truck. The only negative I would say is it is close to the expressway and could be loud at night. Overall, great stay and the owner responded quickly to answer any questions I had.

We came in for a long weekend. The property was not ready, but the host tried to communicate with us about issues prior to our arrival. We ended up leaving the property to allow them to clean. They did get it cleaned nicely for us. Communication was great. We felt pretty uncomfortable in the neighborhood, but that was not the host's fault. It just felt like a dangerous place. If this home were in a different location, I would have given it more stars.

Two longtime Friends visited Louisville, Kentucky to experience the whiskey trail, great food and friendly people. The house we stayed in was very clean and in a great traveling location. The neighborhood was quiet with what seems like a lot of potential to be uniquely beautiful. The home we stayed in was nice a two-story three bedroom. A few of the items that are needed would be a floor mat for the back door. An awning for the back door to cover guess from the rain while entering. Update the pots and pans and a very small offering of spaces would enhance the experience. The shampoo conditioner, and soap in the bathroom was a nice touch. I’m sure this was just an oversight, but extra garbage bags would be very useful. Overall I would definitely stay in this house again. The managers of the VRBO were very pleasant to work with. Thank you and we will see you again, Bourbon Bros.

My friend and I and our 5 teenager girls stayed her when we were in Louisville. It was clean and well decorated. It was the perfect location to access both the Kentucky International Convention Center and the Expo Center. After a day full of activities, we had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was a great bonus to bring and prepare our own meals too!

First off Laura was great in the communication process with answering questions and giving recommendations. To me this was important. The house was great and nicely updated. Guys this is a terrific spot for local accommodations. Location is a bit "rough" However we had no issues at all and there are a number of local homes that are obviously being renovated. I have no doubt this will turn into one of those VRBO Neighborhoods simply as the access to the area is SUPURB! one block to interstate. So road noise is a bit loud. The house WOW what a remodel job! super décor and very comfortable. We had three men for a local business expo and all three thought they had the best room! Additionally Laura had lots of little touches that made it so easy for us, including the K-cups ready to go. 3 men on business outing? of course no one thought about buying coffee. But all in all a wonderful stay and I would 100% return to this home when returning to Louisville. Thanks Laura a real treat.

The house worked great for us. Everyone had enough space. The property manager was easy to communicate and work with. We enjoyed our stay. If I had to have a complaint it would be that there wasn’t any salt and pepper in the kitchen lol. So in other words we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!
