Clean, good ensuite bathroom and well located with a quiet night’s sleep. Most important of all, the host was incredibly accommodating. We had a problem arise during our stay and they went above and beyond to help. I am forever grateful!

Marco is absolutely determined that his guests have a great stay in Florence! He has all kinds of great suggestions and is very responsive. The room is simply but thoughtfully equipped, and the bathroom is very nice. We LOVED the location - within walking distance to all the things one wants to do and see in the city, but also with a nice relaxed, neighborhood feel. There are a lot of restaurants very close by for every meal.

Great location! Host met us for check in and was always available for questions. We enjoyed staying on the other side of the river and were able to walk to all the sights in 20 minutes or less. Nice bakery around the corner with great pastries and coffee. There is also a small restaurant just a few doors down. The food was excellent.

The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere, the place is very pretty, clean and Marco hasta everything you need for your stay.
